| Description: | Protocol 2: Stock solution for NCEs (test articles) and standard inhibitors were prepared at a concentration of 20 mM in DMSO. Stock solutions were diluted with DMSO to get substocks which were further diluted 10-fold in 80:20 MeCN:water to obtain intermediate substocks. Working stocks were prepared by diluting the intermediate substocks 50-fold in buffer. |
