| Description: | In this assay, 0.05 Units of hFAAH was pre-incubated for 30 min at 37 C with 2 uL of 11a, 11b, 11f at different concentrations (0.01 - 100 uM) or vehicin 196 uL of assay buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA (pH 7.6) and 0.1% w/v fatty acid-free BSA). 2 uL of AEA/[3H]-AEA mixture was added to the solution (final concenttion in assay was 10 nM) and incubated for 15 min at 37 C. |
