| Description: | The following assay concentrations and times were used: 10 ng MCL-1, 5 μl of 1:200 anti-His Tb-labeled donor, 5 μl of 1:200 Dye-labeled acceptor, 5 μl of 1:10 MCL-1 Peptide Ligand, and 2 μl of test compound, with 60 min incubation time. The results of the assay were read using a Clariostar (BMG Labtech) plate reader with the following parameters: TR FRET, 340ex/620 and 665em; 60 μsec Delay; and 500 μsec integration. |
