| Description: | As the potencies of the HDM2 inhibitors increased, an improved HTRF assay (HTRF2 assay) was developed. All assay conditions remained the same as described above, with the exception of the following changes in reagent concentrations: 0.2 nM GST-hMDM2 (1-188), 0.5 nM biotinylated-p53 (1-83), 0.18 nM SA-XLent, and 100 mM KF. |
