| Description: | Human KLKB1 (1.78 nM or 0.025 U/mL; Enzyme Research Laboratories) was incubated at 24° C. with 0.25 mM fluorogenic substrate H-Pro-Phe-Arg-AMC (11295 from Bachem) and various concentrations of the test compound in assay buffer. Measurements were performed in a kinetic interval every 2nd minute for 16 min using a Spectramax M5 (Molecular Devices) with the following settings of the wavelength excitation of 350 nm and wavelength emission of 450 nm. |
