| Description: | Purified SOD from bovine brain (20 μl) was incubated (37°C, 60 min) with Aβ25-37, Aβ29-33 or Aβ1-40 (20 μl, 5 μM) followed by incubation (37°, 20 min) with WST working solution (200 μl) according to the Sigma Information Bulletin, 19160 after which SOD activity was determined from the absorbance at 450 nm. |
