| Description: | In this case, 1 μM HIV-1 RT was added to 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.8), 50 mM NaCl, 6 mM MgCl2, and varying concentrations of GSK5750 to form enzyme-inhibitor (E-I) complexes. E-I complexes were rapidly mixed with 100 nM DNA/RNA hybrid (PBS-22dpol/PBS-50r) and 1 mM EDTA. Concentrations of GSK5750 were 0, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000 nM. |
