| Description: | HEK293 engineering cells stably expressed with hERG potassium channel were used to test the compounds. Patch Clamp Detection: The cells were separated by TrypLE Express before the test. 3×10 3 of cells were spread on a cover plate, cultured in 24-well plate and tested 18 hours later. The signals produced by voltage stimulation of potassium currents in cells were recorded by electrophysiological techniques. |
