| Description: | The cells were stimulated with PDGF (100 ng/mL) for 10 min at room temperature. Then the cell lysates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting with anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies. Quantification of IC50 values was based on the intensity of the signal for autophosphorylated PDGF receptor. Titration was done using four to eight inhibitor concentrations within a range of 2 orders of magnitude. IC50 values were obtained by curve-fitting of the results using the program Sigma Plot 2.0 |
