| Description: | The reaction was carried out at 37°C in 70 mM phosphate buffer (Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4, pH 7.4) containing the enzyme (20 μl volume, diluted 100 times in phosphate buffer, pH 7.4), DTNB (5,5-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid)) (10−4M concentration) and ATCh (1.35 × 10−4M concentration). The absorbance change at 37°C was monitored with the spectrophotometer at 412 nm for 3 min. and three replicates were run in each experiment. |
