| Description: | The in vitro kinase assays were performed in 96-well plates using the recombinant GST-fused kinase domains expressed in baculovirus and purified over glutathione-Sepharose. 33P-ATP was used as the phosphate donor, and the polyGluTyr (4:1) peptide was used as the acceptor. IC50 values were calculated by linear regression analysis of the percentage inhibition of each compound in duplicate, at three concentrations (usually, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 uM or 0.1, 1, and 10 uM). |
