| Description: | Assays are performed for 15 min at 30 °C, with 50 µM of P33-ATP in a final volume of 25 µL. The assays are terminated by spotting 20 µL of the reaction mixture onto a phosphocellulose P81 plate. The P81 plate was washed 3 times for ~15 min each in a 1% phosphoric acid solution to remove excess unreacted P33-ATP. |
