| Description: | IC50 values against the recombinant falcipain-2 were determined by incubating protein with different concentrations of inhibitors in reaction buffer after addition of the substrate. Fluorescence was continuously monitored for 30 min at room temperature in a Labsystems Fluoroscan Ascent spectrofluorometer. IC50 values were determined from plots of activity over inhibitor concentration with GraphPad Prism software. |
