| Description: | The tested compounds were added to the reaction mixture with soybean lipoxygenase. Enzyme reaction was initiated by the addition of sodium linoleate at a final concentration of 0.1 mM. The conversion of sodium linoleate to 13-hydroperoxylinoleic acid was measured at 234 nm. Nordihydroguaretic acid, an appropriate standard inhibitor, was used as positive control. |
