| Description: | One hundred nanograms of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged human LZK pure protein (Carna Biosciences, #09-114) was incubated with 100 ng of GST-tagged human inactive MKK7 pure protein (Carna Biosciences, #07-147-10) in kinase buffer (Cell Signaling Technology, #9802). The assay was performed with 100 μM ATP at 37° C. for 30 minutes. Following the addition of 4× reducing SDS sample buffer, proteins were resolved by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and immunoblot analysis was performed as stated previously. |
