| Description: | In vitro binding affinities for various compounds within the scope of the present disclosure were determined using [3H]N-methylspiperone radioligand binding in Human Embryonic Kidney (HEK293) cells expressing dopamine D2-like receptors (D2R, D3R, D4R). These binding studies were coupled with functional studies using radioligand binding β-arrestin recruitment and cAMP inhibition displacement assays. See Keck et al., J. Med.
