| Description: | H9C2 cells were incubated in DMEM (Hyclone, GE LifeSciences) with 10% FBS (Gibco, Life Technologies) and 1 Glutamine (Gibco, Life Technologies) and NEAA (Gibco, Life Technologies) at 37 C., 5% CO2 at 1500 cells/well in a 384-well plate. Test compound was added after 18 hr incubation, and then incubated for 5 days. COX-1 protein (cyclooxygenase I) and SDH-A (succinate dehydrogenase-A) formation reduction were measured by ELISA assay (MitoBiogenesis In-Cell ELISA Kit (Colorimetric, Abcam). |
