| Description: | 20 nM ofGST-tagged HCNlc40 protein (corresponding to the C terminal 40 amino acids of HCN1) was incubated with 200 nM of His-tagged TRIP8b(241-602) and varying concentrations of the test compound as described in our prior report (Han et al., 2015). After a 3 h incubation, anti-GST AlphaScreen acceptor beads were added for 1.5 h followed by AlphaScreen nickel chelate donor beads for 1.5 h.
