| Description: | In-vitro binding assays performed at Eurofins Panlabs Taiwan, Ltd. Specific ligand binding was determined in the presence of an excess of unlabelled ligand. Inhibition constants (Ki) were calculated from in vitro binding assays using the Cheng Prusoff equation (Cheng and Prusoff 1973). Source: Johnston et al, 2019 (Johnston et al. 2019) and NC20-PHARM-2. Thus, both Compound 1 and Compound 4 have high affinity to the S1R and no affinity (Ki>100) to the S2R. |
