BindingDB contains 3.1M data for 1.3M Compounds and 9.6K Targets. Of those, 1.5M data for 698K Compounds and 4.7K Targets were curated by BindingDB curators. BindingDB is a FAIRsharing resource.

Advanced Search To help with training and testing AI and other models, BindingDB downloads and search results now provide the publication date and BindingDB curation date of each measurement.
Please note that the SDfiles from BindingDB currently include information on all Targets studied for a given Compound. This means that, even if you download the SDfile for a given protein Target, the Compounds in the SDfile may include data for other Targets.
